Julie Strupp

Julie Strupp is a senior editor with Multifamily Dive based in Washington, D.C., where she covers housing policy and the apartment industry. She was previously on the Construction Dive team on the infrastructure beat, writing about legislation, regulation, legal matters and other business news. Before that, Julie worked with D.C.-area public radio station WAMU 88.5 and DCist covering local and breaking news. She was also managing editor of Greater Greater Washington, where she wrote about housing and transportation policy and other city planning topics and helped launch a fellowship for emerging urbanist writers. She has reported for a variety of other publications including NextCity, Streetsblog, Washingtonian and the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism. She also taught with HumanitiesDC’s community journalism program.
