Sun Belt-focused real estate firm Hillpointe has promoted three marketing and centralized operations leaders to vice president positions, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive.
Amanda Sistrand has been promoted to vice president of corporate and event marketing; Jessica Gooden to vice president of property, marketing, startup and pre-leasing operations; and Tyler Garner to vice president of brand and creative.
Hillpointe, a Winter Park, Florida-based development and investment management firm specializing in attainable multifamily housing, ranked fifth on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s 2026 list of top developers. The promotions recognize the trio’s leadership, expertise and contributions to the firm, according to Joshua Draughn, senior vice president of marketing and centralized operations at Hillpointe.
“Amanda’s ability to create customer experiences with events and content, Jessica’s keen ability to drive marketing performance, and Tyler’s creative vision and brand strategy have helped shape Hillpointe’s continued growth and success,” Draughn said in the release.

Amanda Sistrand

In her new role, Sistrand will lead enterprisewide corporate marketing initiatives and scalable event programs across Hillpointe’s portfolio, per the release.
Sistrand joined Hillpointe as vice president of customer experience in August 2025, according to her LinkedIn, and helped advance the firm’s marketing, brand and customer experience initiatives. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the real estate, hospitality and entertainment industries, per the release, with expertise in building scalable operating models, improving customer experience and driving strategic growth.
Prior to Hillpointe, Sistrand held leadership roles in event and experiential marketing at Tavistock Development Co., iFLY, Universal Orlando and others.
Jessica Gooden

With more than 15 years of multifamily experience in marketing, operations and lease-ups, Gooden will be the strategic lead for launching new Pointe Grand communities, per the release. She will guide the property marketing team and oversee pre-lease and startup operations, ensuring that each asset opens with “strong operational execution, brand alignment and leasing performance.” Gooden will also head a centralized logistics hub for new developments.
Gooden joined Hillpointe in January as director of pre-lease and startup operations, according to her LinkedIn. During that time, she led initiatives “ranging from brand strategy and digital marketing campaigns to on-site activations and resident retention programs,” per the release.
Previously, Gooden held leadership positions with RKW Residential, Birchstone Residential, Davis Development and First Communities, according to the release.
Tyler Garner

In his new position, Garner will lead brand strategy, visual identity, creative production and social media for Hillpointe and its portfolio brands, including Pointe Grand and Pointe Villas. Garner joined Hillpointe in March 2025 as creative director, according to his LinkedIn.
Garner has helped build the foundation of the firm’s creative platform, including brand guidelines, design systems, content production workflows and scalable creative operations, per the release. He also contributed to Hillpointe’s vision, strategy and execution of creative initiatives.
He has spent almost 20 years in digital media and creative strategy. Garner previously held leadership positions at Xoomu, Kepler Creations and Full Sail University.
