The Bainbridge Cos. has named Catherine Neal as vice president of client services, the Wellington, Florida-based property owner, developer and manager announced Tuesday in a press release shared with Multifamily Dive. She brings more than a decade of progressive leadership in the multifamily industry to the firm.
In her new role, Neal will support the strategic expansion of Bainbridge’s third-party management platform and bring her extensive experience to client partnerships and operational growth. She will focus on designing operational frameworks that meet rigorous performance standards while driving the firm’s vision for scalable growth, per the release.

Neal started her career in on-site operations before advancing through regional and executive business development roles, and as a result, possesses a holistic understanding of the asset lifecycle. Her expertise is concentrated in class A new construction, where she has guided numerous high-profile assets through construction, branding, stabilization and long-term performance management.
"Her well-rounded background in lease-ups, asset stabilization, and portfolio growth will be instrumental as we continue to scale our third-party management platform,” Bainbridge CEO and Chairman Richard Schecter said in the release. “Catherine’s reputation for strategic judgment and financial acumen makes her a perfect fit for our commitment to excellence."
Previously, Neal worked for almost a decade at Nashville-headquartered commercial real estate investment, development and management firm Elmington. Her most recent role was vice president of client services, property management, according to her LinkedIn page. Before joining Bainbridge, Neal was recognized for her ability to lead large-scale, multistate portfolio onboards and establish lasting relationships with institutional owners and developers.

Founded in 1997, Bainbridge has developed more than 43,000 apartment homes and has offices around the country. Last year, the firm launched its first fund to acquire 1990s and newer apartments at discounts to replacement cost in the Sun Belt and mid-Atlantic markets.
The company has also been growing this year: In January, Bainbridge opened a new regional office in Charlotte, North Carolina, its second location in the state. That same month, it brought on Jennifer Ipock as vice president of operations to oversee operational strategy and performance.
