Hudson Valley Property Group has appointed Kristin Koch as managing director, head of capital raising. She will lead the firm’s newly formalized Investor Solutions group alongside Diana Bellizzi, who was promoted to managing director, head of investor relations, according to a May 7 press release.
HVPG, which focuses on preserving and improving existing affordable housing, also promoted Matt Doty to CFO and chief compliance officer; Anna Perez to director of design and diligence; George Dandolos to associate director of construction; and Max Wofse to asset manager.
Koch will lead capital raising efforts, with a particular focus on expanding the firm’s global investor base across institutional, sovereign and private wealth channels, per the release.

She joins HPVG from Jonathan Rose Cos., where she helped raise more than $1.4 billion for affordable housing strategies, per the release. As HPVG grows its platform, Koch will drive investor origination, outreach and pipeline development.
Bellizzi, who has been with HVPG since 2019, will lead investor engagement, oversee operational due diligence and manage reporting and onboarding, helping to strengthen the firm’s long-term limited partner relationships, per the release.
The newly formed Investor Solutions group brings together capital raising and investor relations under a unified structure for HPVG, covering everything from investor origination through ongoing relationship management, including fundraising, diligence, onboarding and communications.
“As HVPG continues to scale, formalizing the group strengthens our ability to support a global investor base and meet the growing demand for affordable housing investment opportunities,” Jason Bordainick, co-founder and managing partner of HVPG, told Multifamily Dive in emailed comments.
In recent years, Bordainick said HPVG has seen investor interest in U.S. affordable housing accelerate, driven by the sector’s resilient fundamentals and growing role in impact-aligned portfolios.
“At the same time, the market opportunity remains significant, supported by growing demand, evolving property technology and a favorable legislative environment,” Bordainick said. “This creates compelling opportunities for experienced operators with the infrastructure, relationships and track-record to execute at scale.”
HPVG’s other recently promoted leaders will do the following:
- As CFO and chief compliance officer, Doty will oversee all financial operations across the firm, including corporate, fund and development accounting, financial planning, analysis and compliance.
- As director of design and diligence, Perez will lead HVPG’s design and physical due diligence efforts across renovation projects, with a focus on resident quality of life and sustainability.
- As associate director of construction, Dandolos will help deliver HVPG’s renovation pipeline, overseeing construction management, vendor relationships and on-site delivery across the portfolio.
- As asset manager, Wofse will work closely with the portfolio managers, agency partners and third-party property managers to assume direct asset management responsibility for part of HVPG’s stabilized portfolio.
