Wood-Mode Fine Custom Cabinetry has expanded its high-pressure laminate offerings for its Vista and Vanguard cabinet door styles, adding 10 wood-look designs and two textile finishes, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive.
The new wood patterns include Casella Oak, Hamilton Oak, Lincoln Walnut and Mura Walnut, all with a vertical wood grain. The new textile patterns, Vertical Gray Textile and Vertical Anthracite Linen, are both light gray tones with crosshatch details.
Flush-mount arrangements

The Rainscape recessed showerhead collection by California Faucets consists of four flush-mount fixtures in a mix of water flow types — a waterfall, two rainshowers and a moving stream, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive. The ceiling-mounted brass fixtures may be installed individually or combined in larger showers to create different layers of waterflow.
The Waterfall and Motion showerheads measure 14 by 7 inches, while the Rainshower comes in both 14-by-14-inch and 14-by-7-inch sizes. All are available in a choice of 25 finishes, including more durable PVD coatings.
Underwriting expansion

The valuationIQ underwriting model by redIQ, an add-on to its dataIQ multifamily transaction management software, has been updated for full compatibility with macOS, according to information provided to Multifamily Dive.
ValuationIQ provides users with modeling capabilities for underwriting scenarios, as well as bridge and mezzanine financing. While the Microsoft Excel-based software was built to run on Windows, the provider expanded its compatibility to reach a broader base of multifamily acquisition teams, brokers and lenders, according to the firm.
