The Bainbridge Cos. has tapped Jennifer Ipock as its vice president of operations, the Wellington, Florida-based property owner, developer and manager announced Wednesday in a press release shared with Multifamily Dive.

Based in Bainbridge’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office, Ipock will support operational strategy across the company’s growing portfolio, per the release. She brings more than 25 years of multifamily management experience and has partnered with multifamily developers and institutional owners.
In her new role, Ipock will oversee operational strategy and performance as well as lease-up execution, support onsite leadership teams and help advance the firm’s commitment to delivering best-in-class living experiences, according to the firm.
“Jennifer’s depth of experience, collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing high-performing teams make her an exceptional addition to Bainbridge,” said Marcie Williams, chief strategy officer of Bainbridge, in the release. “Her expertise in both lease-up and stabilized operations will be instrumental as we continue to grow and strengthen our portfolio.”
Prior to Bainbridge, Ipock was senior director of operations at Charlotte-headquartered RKW Residential, overseeing operational strategy for a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia.
Ipock currently serves as vice president with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. Per the release, she is also a dedicated mentor to professionals seeking to break into the multifamily industry, reflecting her commitment to talent development and industry advancement.
Founded in1997, Bainbridge has developed more than 43,000 apartment homes and has offices around the country. Last year, the firm launched its first fund to acquire 1990s and newer apartments at discounts to replacement cost in the Sun Belt and mid-Atlantic markets.
