World of Concrete

More than 60,000 masonry and concrete professionals across the world regularly attend World of Concrete, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. The event offers training, education and approximately 1,500 exhibitors on 700,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibit space.
NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference

This conference, which showcases multifamily trends, statistics and insights into the future of the economy and multifamily industry, takes place ahead of the NMHC Annual Meeting in the same location. It is open to members and non-members.

The annual meeting brings together members from around the country to network, socialize and attend information sessions held by industry leaders. Open to NMHC members only, and co-located with other NMHC events.
Florida Apartment Association Legislative Conference

Florida State Conference Center, Tallahassee, Florida
The state-level summit of the Florida Apartment Association, open to members and to non-members, will include a leadership summit, meetings of directors and executives and education on local legislation.
New York Build 2024 Expo

Javits Center, New York City
This free event features 300-plus speakers across 11 tracks, AIA CES-approved workshops, 250-plus exhibitors and diversity in construction networking sessions, among many other offerings.
NAHB International Builders’ Show
Feb. 27-29
Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas
This gathering of residential construction professionals across multiple sectors is hosted by the National Association of Home Builders. It features hundreds of education sessions and over 1,000 exhibitors, many of which launch new products from the show. Co-located with the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, the two events bring in over 70,000 professionals.

NAA Advocate Conference

The National Apartment Association’s annual Advocate event brings multifamily professionals to Capitol Hill to meet with legislators in order to lobby for the interests of the rental housing industry.
World of Modular

The Modular Building Institute’s annual conference includes education sessions, networking opportunities and product exhibitions geared toward the modular construction industry — including a number focused on multifamily modular building.
RETCON 2024

New York Marriott Marquis, New York City
This conference invites real estate owners, operators and developers to explore technology adoption and innovation strategies. Attendees can follow education sessions divided into four tracks by asset class — multifamily, office, whole-industry transformation and proptech startups — as well as more than 80 tech exhibits on display.
Event speakers will include Bill Rudin of Rudin, Jesse Carrillo of Howard Hughes and Cindy Clare of Bell Partners, among many others.

Smart Spaces

The Smart Spaces event, hosted by real estate consulting firm Parks Associates, aims to bring together building owners, property managers and tech professionals for sessions and networking focused on proptech, smart home infrastructure and the ways in which buildings and tech can work together.
Smart Spaces includes an April event and three virtual events throughout the year, in July, October, and November. The conference covers both the multifamily and the hospitality industry.
ULI Fall Meeting

The Urban Land Institute’s second annual meeting, which attracts almost 6,500 attendees each year, is marked by the release of the ULI Annual Report. Like its spring counterpart, it incorporates networking opportunities, education sessions and local project tours.
