August 25, 2026: Swifty, the property marketing and website platform for multifamily operators, has launched two new ways for property teams to manage their websites with AI: a direct connection to Anthropic's Claude and Emily, a built-in assistant available right inside the Swifty dashboard.
Both let a property manager describe what they want in plain English and see it done on their live website in seconds. Update pricing and specials, refresh a floor plan, improve a page's search visibility, fix an accessibility issue, or rewrite property and neighborhood content, all by asking, instead of clicking through menus or waiting on a support ticket.
No AI account? No problem.
For teams that already use Claude, Swifty connects directly to the existing account, allowing them to manage their websites from the same tool they already use. Swifty has submitted the integration to Anthropic's connector directory.
For everyone else, Swifty built Emily, an AI assistant that lives directly inside the dashboard every Swifty customer already has. There is nothing to install, no additional AI subscription required, and no separate IT or onboarding project. Property managers can open Swifty and begin using Emily to manage their websites from the same platform they already use.
Real work, with guardrails.
Swifty's AI does more than answer questions or return information. It can carry out requested actions and publish changes to live websites while operating within the same rules, permissions, and safeguards that govern the Swifty platform.
Every change runs under the user's own account and within Swifty's existing security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 controls. This gives teams a faster way to manage their websites while maintaining the permissions and oversight they already rely on.
What property teams can do today
- Update pricing, availability, and specials and publish changes directly to the live site
- Improve search and AI-search visibility across property pages
- Identify and address website accessibility issues
- Refresh property descriptions, FAQs, neighborhood guides, and virtual tours
- Set up analytics and approved marketing tags
- Manage multiple properties from one place
"Property teams shouldn't have to choose between moving quickly and maintaining control of their websites, and adopting AI shouldn't require a months-long IT project," said Jon Simpson, President and CEO of Swifty. "We built these tools so teams can use AI where they already work, with the same controls and safeguards they already trust."
"Being able to update my website just by describing what I want has been a game changer," said Shawn Powers of CASA REI Group. "I'm not in the dashboard every day, so I used to spend half my time just remembering where everything lived. Now I tell the AI what I need, and it handles it, a lot faster than doing it all by hand."
Both options are available to Swifty customers now.
