Matson will lead the company’s sales organization as iApartments expands its smart apartments platform and broadens its reach among multifamily owners and operators seeking solutions for operating performance, asset protection, and a better-connected living experience.
Matson brings more than two decades of multifamily sales leadership experience, including senior leadership roles at Valet Living. During his tenure, he was fortunate to be part of a leadership team that helped grow the business from approximately 300,000 units to more than 2.2 million units. His appointment reunites him with iApartments CEO Dave Magrisso, who co-founded Valet Living and previously worked with Matson during this period of significant growth.
