The acquisitions, totalling 367 units, were completed as a portfolio purchase from a local family that had owned and operated for many years. The newly acquired properties complement Living Well Homes’ existing portfolio in the region, which includes Ramsgate Apartments and Townhomes in Olathe, Dylan Apartments in Kansas City, Kansas, and The Arbor Apartments and Townhomes in Blue Springs, Missouri.
