Charme on Eagle, developed by Rael Corp, is a student housing community in Denton, Texas. Authentic’s advertising campaign incorporated illustration-driven design, a textural graphic approach, and message-forward creative developed to reflect the character and student culture of the area.
Verge Residences
Verge Residences, developed by DiBiase Companies and marketed by CHARLESGATE, is a multifamily community positioned within an urban rental market. Authentic designed the property’s website using visual storytelling, interactive components, and user-focused navigation intended to present the building’s identity and amenities.
The site has generated more than 10,000 sessions and over 60 qualified leads prior to the property’s completion.
