In some cases, those moves came in concert with larger expansions. For instance, Indianapolis multifamily developer Milhaus added a new acquisitions division led by Greg McHenry, a former employee who returned to the company as senior vice president of acquisitions.
As part of its expansion into the Eastern U.S. by opening a New York City office, Los Angeles-based Cityview hired Maggie Deichmann as the new managing director of East Coast acquisitions.
