Indianapolis multifamily developer Milhaus added a new acquisitions division led by a former employee, Greg McHenry, who is returning to the company as senior vice president of acquisitions. After announcing its expansion into the Eastern U.S. by opening a New York City office earlier this year, Cityview brought in Maggie Deichmann as the new managing director of East Coast acquisitions. 

Last month, Alliance Residential restructured its Southeast Division and added the newly established Mid-Atlantic Division. Noah Randall will now lead the Southeast Division, while Donald Santos will head the Mid-Atlantic Division.
